摘　　要：以上海市崇明县软土地区村级公路为研究对象,通过实地考察、座谈交流等方法,深入挖掘了村级公路养护存在的问题,在此基础上提出分级管理、分层培训的解决思路,并进行了可行性分析,以帮助当地路政管理部门更高质量、高效的养护管理村级公路。Taking the village roads of Shanghai Chongming soft soil area as the research object,through on-the-spot investigation,symposium and other aspects,deeply analyzed the problems of village highway maintenance,based on this proposed hierarchical management,layered training solutions,and made feasibility analysis,to help local road administration department higher quality,efficient maintenance and management of village highway.
