摘　　要：面对日益增加的赛博空间威胁,评估任务关键系统能否有效运转变得更加紧要。首先,介绍了任务关键系统赛博安全性的概念内涵;然后,通过系统核心能力分析,构建了综合体现系统运行与安全特征的评估指标体系,并依据指标分类给出了几种典型指标的计算/评估模型;最后,提出了一种赛博安全性评估试验方法,并结合典型场景进行了试验验证。It has become significant to evaluate the cyber security of mission-critical system with more and more threats from the cyberspace. Firstly, the concept of the mission-critical system cyber security is presented. Then, based on the core capability analysis, the index system of mis- sion-critical system cyber security is established. The system can comprehensively reflect the op- eration and security characteristics of the mission-critical system. The approaches of establishing evaluation models for various classes of indexes are given with illustrations of some typical inde- xes. Finally, the method for cyber security testing and evaluation is proposed. The result is veri- fied by a typical case.
