摘　　要：美军在网络中心数据和服务两大战略指导下,力图实现跨部门的情报数据共享和情报服务共享,在联合作战中形成一体化情报侦察监视(ISR)能力。通过分析美军的两大战略,介绍了情报领域内确保这两大战略落地的具体建设项目和措施,分析了美军情报领域跨部门之间从数据共享到服务共享的发展历程,并提出了几点启示。Under the supervision of the net-centric data strategy and net-centric service strategy, the US Army achieves the goals of intelligence data sharing and service sharing. The original in- tention is to realize the integrative intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance ability to achieve the battlefield information superiority. The net-centric data strategy and net-centric service strat- egy, including concrete programs and measures, ensure that the strategy on the ground is re- searched. The development course from the data sharing to the service sharing among different departments is also analyzed,and the development rules and revelations are proposed.
