换热管内插组合扭带强化传热的实验研究

摘　　要：以水为介质,对换热管内插入组合扭带的强化传热进行实验研究,分析其阻力和传热特性。实验结果表明,内插入组合扭带管的流动阻力和努塞尔数都得到了提高。其中,组合扭带管的摩擦系数比开孔扭带管的平均提高了10.5%;扭带管的努塞尔数比空管的平均提高了13.01%-20.38%,此外,组合扭带管的努塞尔数比开孔扭带管的平均提高了6.52%。换热管内插入组合扭带的传热综合性能评价因子φ均大于1,最大值达到1.16,这说明了换热管内插入组合扭带后,传热性能确实得到了提高。Experiment investigation is carried for heat transfer enhancement in the heat exchanger tube with modular twisted tape inserted which taking water as the working fluid,and analyzing the heat transfer and friction resistance characteristics.The experimental results showed that：the friction resistance and Nusselt number of the tube with modular twisted tape inserted are all improved.Among them,the friction factor of the tube with modular twisted tape average increases10.5%than the tube with perforated twisted tape;the Nusselt number of the tube with twisted tape average increases13.01%-20.38% than the plain tube,the tube with modular twisted tape average increases 6.52%than the tube with perforated twisted tape.The comprehensive performance evaluationφfor the heat exchange tube with modular twisted tape inserted is greater than 1,and the maximumφreaches 1.16.That shows the heat transfer performance has been improved when the heat exchange tube fitted with modular twisted tape.
