柔性石墨波齿复合垫片压缩回弹性能研究

摘　　要：采用有限元和实验方法对柔性石墨波齿复合垫片的压缩回弹性能进行研究,结果表明:柔性石墨波齿复合垫片存在一个最佳波数;垫片的压缩率和回弹率随波齿深度的增大而增大,但回弹率的增长幅度大于压缩率;垫片石墨层的性能对于垫片压缩回弹性能的影响较大,合理地选择石墨对于生产合格优质的垫片意义重大。The finite element method and test were carried out to study compressibility and resilience behavior of flexible gasket reinforced by corrugated metal sheet.The results indicated that there is an optimum number for gasket waves.Gasket compression rate and rebound rate are increased with the increase of gasket tooth depth,but the increase rate of rebound rate is greater than the compression rate.Flexible graphite performance has a great influence on compressibility and resilience behavior of the gasket,reasonable selection of graphite is important for quality of gasket.
