摘　　要：物流服务供应链对于提高物流服务能力、降低物流成本具有重要意义。分析物流服务供应链中存在的利益冲突可以发现,信息不对称和复杂委托-代理关系是导致利益冲突的主要原因。基于对物流服务供应链合作中各主体利益冲突形成过程的研究,为更好地加强物流企业合作,实现物流服务供应链利益最大化,促进物流行业健康发展,可从信息、利益、激励等方面入手,全面系统构建不同层次协调机制。第三方或第四方物流企业作为物流服务集成商,要积极构建信息平台,实现整条链信息的共享;要科学合理运用夏普利值法实现整条链利益的公平分配;要综合采用显性激励、隐性激励、淘汰激励等方式来实现对利益主体的有效激励。而物流协会和行业监管部门应有效发挥宏观调控作用,出台有利于物流业发展的相关政策,严格监管物流市场运行。Logistics Service Supply Chain has an important effect on improving logistics service capability and reducing the logistic cost. By analyzing the interest-conflict problem in Logistics Service Supply Chain,the author finds that the main reasons for that are the information asymmetry and the complicated Principle-Agent relation. Based on research on the formation process of the interest-conflict,to better strengthen cooperation among related logistic enterprises,realize the profit maximization of Logistics Service Supply Chain,and promote the healthy development of logistic industry,we should have the coordinating mechanism in different levels in terms of information,interests and incentives. As the logistic service integrators,the 3PL and4 PL logistic enterprises should,first,establish the information platform and realize information sharing along the whole supply chain;second,they should scientifically and rationally apply the method of Shapley value to realizing the fair interests distribution along the whole supply chain;and third,they should realize the effective incentive of the interests main bodies. The logistic associations and industrial supervisors should play their role in macro control,introduce more beneficial policies for the development of logistic enterprise,and rigorously supervise the operation of logistic market.
