摘  要:采用刮刀涂布方式,在PET基材上分别制备了三层单一螺距叠加和单层梯度螺距分布的胆甾相液晶聚合物薄膜,薄膜厚度均匀,具有良好的膜基结合力。利用紫外可见分光光度计分别对薄膜的透射光谱进行测试,研究其宽波反射性能,反射波宽均达200nm。利用WGT-S透光率/雾度测试仪对薄膜透光率、雾度进行测试,分析了散射现象对薄膜透射光谱中反射波宽的影响,证明了雾度是表征胆甾相液晶聚合物薄膜的一个重要性能指标。Three stacked chiral polymer films and a gradient pitch polymer cholesteric liquid crystal film were respectively fabricated on PET substrates by blade coating method.The two cholesteric liquid crystal films had uniform thickness and high adhesion strength.The transmittance spectrums of three stacked chiral polymer films and a gradient pitch polymer cholesteric liquid crystal film were obtained by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer.The broadband reflection properties were all found to have the reflection wave-length bandwidth of 200 nm.The transmittance and haze were detected by WGT-S transmittance/haze tester,the influence of scattering on the bandwidth of transmittance spectrum of the films were particularly analyzed,and it was confirmed that the haze was the important property of chiral polymer cholesteric liquid crystal films.
