摘 要:以聚丙烯腈(PAN)为原料采用静电纺丝技术和烧结技术制备载体,并添加石墨烯对载体进行改性,通过水热法制备Pt-SnO2催化剂。采用XRD、拉曼和SEM对碳纤维及Pt-SnO2阳极催化剂进行了表征,结果显示900℃烧结后石墨烯存在碳纤维中,催化剂粒子均匀负载于碳纤维表面,且粒径约为8~10nm;研究催化剂的电化学性能表明,在水热温度为190℃,pH=9条件下制备的催化剂的电催化性能最优,电化学氧化峰的电流值也最大,为56.64mA/cm2。Anode Pt-SnO2 catalyst was developed by hydrothermal method.The carrier was prepared by electrospinning and sintering technology used polyacrylonitrile(PAN),adding graphene to modify its carrier.The modified carbon fibers were characterized by XRD,Raman and SEM.The results showed that the graphene was still existed in Pt-SnO2 carbon fibers sintered at 900℃,catalyst particles supported on the carbon fiber surface uniformly with size scale of 8~10nm.The electrochemical properties of the catalyst showed that under conditions of hydrothermal temperature at 190℃,pH=9,the electrooxidation Activity of catalyst was the highest,which current value of electrochemical oxidation peak was also the largest of 56.64mA·cm-2.
