摘　　要：目的分析p63与p40蛋白在鼻咽癌(NPC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化染色检测72例NPC、10例癌旁黏膜和12例鼻咽黏膜慢性炎组织中p63与p40蛋白表达,并分析其与临床分期、病理学组织类型的关系。结果 p63与p40蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的阳性率分别为68.1%(49/72)和73.6%(53/72);两者的表达与临床分期及病理分化程度有关(P<0.05)。结论 p63和p40蛋白的表达与临床分期及病理分化程度密切相关。Objective To observe the expression of p63 and p40 proteins in nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） and their clinical significance. Methods The expression of p63 and p40 proteins was detected by immunohistochemieal staining in 72 cases of NPC, 10 cases of para-cancerous tissue and 12 cases of chronic inflammation tissue of nasopharyngeal mucosa. Results The positive rates of the p63 and p40 proteins＇ expression were 68. 1% （49/72） and 73.6% （53/ 72） in NPC. The expression of p63 and p40 proteins was associated with clinical stage and pathological differentiation degree （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The expression of p63 and p40 protein, as the products of p63 gene, was strongly related with clinical stage and pathological differentiation.
