摘  要:对一台135 MW的汽轮机发生不稳定振动故障的原因进行了分析,发现是因为转子质量不平衡和动静碰摩引起的。采取转子高速动平衡、消除汽轮机本体热力系统管道缺陷的措施后,汽轮机振动状态稳定且满足安全运行的要求。To solve the problem of unstable vibration existing in a 135 MW steam turbine, an analysis was conducted, after which the error was found to be caused by mass unbalance of the rotor and collision between the rotary and static parts. Stable vibration satisfying safety operation requirements of the steam turbine is now obtained, after taking following countermeasures, such as high-speed dynamic balancing of rotor, elimination of pipeline defects in the thermal system of steam turbine, etc.
