摘 要:分析研究了T23钢作为低温再热器在服役过程中焊口泄漏的原因,发现热影响区再热裂纹的萌生是泄漏的起因。导致再热裂纹萌生的原因主要有:焊接过程中存在强制对口,使得焊口存在应力集中;焊口的热影响区组织为粗大的淬硬马氏体组织,且存在明显孔洞,使得该处的综合力学性能较低,促使再热裂纹的萌生。Analysis was performed to the leakage at weld joint of T23 steels in service as low- temperature reheater tubes, and the reheating cracks formed at heat-affected zone of the weld were believed to be the main cause. There are two reasons leading to formation of reheating cracks: one is the stress concentration, resulted from compulsive alignment of the tubes during welding; the other is that the microstructure in heat-affected zone is coarse martensite with obvious pores, making the strength and toughness of the weld reduced, and therefore promoting the formation of reheating cracks.
