摘　　要：讨论了母联断路器合闸不同期对系统的影响,通过对母线恢复送电步骤的分析,得出"母线等电位"作为恢复母线送电必备的条件,拟定了2套可行的操作方法,并根据现场接线方式及可靠性分析,择优选出方案使停运母线恢复送电。This paper discusses the effects of bus-tie breaker closing asynchronization for the system. Bus equal potential is obtained asthe essential condition for bus recovery energigization through analyzing bus recovery, energigization steps. Two sels of feasible operalinnmethods are worked out, lJle selected scheme can recover bus energigization based on the spot connection mode and reliability analysis.
