摘 要:为了科学评估航母编队防空作战能力,提出一种基于"系统性能+固有能力+作战能力+作战任务"的动态指标体系构建方法。通过对作战效能评估指标体系模式的分析,根据航母编队防空作战过程和对WSEIAC方法的改进,构建了航母编队防空作战效能评估指标体系基本框架。该研究可为航母编队指挥员科学评估防空作战能力、合理运用防空作战兵力、优化防空作战方案等奠定理论基础。For the sake of evaluating the combat capability of the aircraft carrier formation scientifically,a method of dynamic index system based on the system function+ proper ability+ war power+ battle task is put forward.Through the analysis of index system mode in the combat efficiency,based on the air-defense combat process of the aircraft carrier formation and the improvement of WSEAC method,the basic frame of air-defense combat efficiency evaluate index system of the aircraft carrier formation is built.The research could lay theory foundation for the commander of the aircraft carrier formation to estimate the air defense capability scientifically,manage the troops of air defense,and optimize the air defense battle project.
