摘  要:为检测环境中微弱磁场的变化,需使用灵敏度高的磁传感器,非晶丝具有在交流激励下阻抗变化率高的特点,非常适合用来做高灵敏度传感器,根据这种特点,一种以铁基非晶丝为敏感材料的新型磁传感器被设计了,该传感器采用差分式的探头结构和同步检波电路,抑制了共模干扰和不相关噪声,取得了较好的试验效果。通过测试,传感器的工作区间为-1000nT^1500nT,灵敏度为216μV/nT,线性度为3.84%FS,有望用于微弱磁信号的检测。The magnetic sensor with high sensitivity would be needed when the small change of the weak magnetic field is detected,the amorphous wire has a high change rate of the impedance under the high frequency exchange excitation,which is very suitable to be used as high sensitivity sensor,according to this characteristic,a kind of amorphous wire as sensitive material of a new type magnetic sensor is designed,the differential probe structure and synchronous detection circuit are adopted in this sensor,uncorrelated noise and common mode interference are suppressed,agood test result is obtained through the test,according to the test,the working range of the sensor is-1000nT^1500nT,the sensitivity is 216V/nT and the linearity is 3.84% FS,which is expected to be used in the detection of weak magnetic signal.
