通州区物流高技能人才流失成因及对策分析

摘　　要：技能型人才流失严重是物流企业发展面临的普遍难题,通州区在建设北京城市副中心的过程中,需要通过制度设计留住和用好物流高技能人才。本文在对通州区物流企业进行问卷调查和深度访谈的基础上,界定了物流高技能人才的外延,分析了通州区物流业人才离职倾向和原因,建议通过规划人才职业发展全景,产教结合开展培训等途径来满足物流人才职业发展需求,实现物流高技能人才和企业发展的有机结合。The serious outflow of the skilled ta]entsis a common problem in the development of logistics enterprises, in the process of building the sub center of Beijing City, Tongzhou government need to retain and make full use of the logistics high skilled talents by designing system. On the basis of questionnaire surveys and in - depth in- terviews on the logistics enterprises in Tongzhou, this paper defined the extension of the logistics high skilled talents, analysed the tendency and reasons of the dimission of logistics talents in Tongzhou, and suggested that the government should plan prospects for talents career development, combine production and education, carry out training, in order to meet the professional development needs of logistics talents, to combine the logistics high skilled talents with the development of enterprise.
