摘　　要：《北京市"十二五"时期国际商贸中心建设发展规划》提出全面推进商贸流通规范化、现代化、特色化、国际化的发展思路,这就要求物流企业具有规范的作业程序,高效的物流技术满足消费者的需求期望,具有特色的物流服务标准来对接国际化的服务绩效质量评价体系。目前虽然有对物流服务绩效评价指标的研究,但是指标体系较粗,且多是评价方法层面,深度不够。为此以北京市物流企业为主要研究对象,参考美国第三方物流企业绩效管理评价体系,设计调研问卷,确定指标体系,计算物流绩效评价指数,并分析了供应链约束下的物流绩效管理特点。The construction of the International Trade Center Development Plan during Beijing ＂Twelfth Five - year＂ period put forward the development idea that is comprehensively promote the standardization, modernization, characteristics and internationalization of the trade circulation, which requires logistics companies have standard operating procedures, and efficient logistics technology to meet the customers＇ demands and expectations, and characteristic logistics service standards to meet with the international service performance quality evaluation system. Although there are studies on the logistics service performance evaluation system, but the index system is not detailed, and more of it is to evaluate the method level, not deep enough. This paper took Beijing logistics enterprises as the main study object and take the US third -party logistics enterprise performance management appraisal system as reference, designed survey questionnaire to determine the index system, calculated the logistics performance evaluation index, and analyzed the features of logistics performance management under the restriction of supply chain.
