摘　　要：田径竞赛规则是对田径运动技术动作标准及行为准则的规范性要求。随着田径运动的不断发展,竞赛规则也在不断地修改与完善,以适应田径运动的发展要求。笔者就田径竞赛规则的作用以及产生变化的原因,田径竞赛规则与田径运动技术、战术、运动训练、裁判员及健康竞赛环境等之间的关系进行了详细评述,试图揭示田径竞赛规则与田径运动发展之间的相互依存关系。The track and field competition rules are the standard of the technical action and the code of conduct for the track and field athletes. With the development of track and field, the competition rules have been constantly revised and improved, in order to meet the requirements of the development of track and field. In this paper, the role of track and field competition rules and the causes of the changes, the relationship between the rules of track and field, the technology, tactics, sports training, referees and healthy competition environment are analyzed in details.
