摘 要:电磁夹具是铁磁零件加工中常用的工艺设备。大型和小型器件面磨削是将工件固定吸附在磁盘上加工的,因此磨削完毕后工件的残余磁性很大。器件上剩磁的大量存在,会使仪器检测时的检测值产生偏差,影响着产品的加工质量。这里提出一种基于市电的轴承退磁系统设计。该系统是一个涵盖了可控硅,单片机,光耦以及放大器的电路系统,利用放大器变换过零信号波形,然后通过单片机采集交流电的电压过零点,在经过光耦隔离升压后控制可控硅的导通与关闭,达到电压的交互衰减变化,实现器件的退磁效果。Electromagnetic fixture is the common technique equipment in ferromagnetic parts machining. Since the surface grinding of the large and miniature devices takes the workpiece fix and adsorb on the disk to machining,the residual magnetism of the workpiece after grinding is great,which makes the testing value tested by the instruments have a deviation,and affects on the machining quality of the products. A design of AC-based bearing demagnetization system is presented. This system is a circuitry which covers of silicon controlled rectifier,single chip microcomputer,opto-coupler and amplifier. The zero-crossing signal waveform is transformed by the amplifier,then the voltage zero crossing point of alternating current is acquired by single chip microcomputer,and the breakover and turn-off of the silicon controlled rectifier are controlled after opto-coupler isolation and voltage boost. The interactive attenuation change of the voltage was achieved,and the demagnetization effect of the devices was realized.
