农民工社会养老保险参保行为及影响因素分析——基于武汉市和南宁市的实地调查

摘　　要：以农民工是否参加社会养老保险作为因变量,采用二元Logit回归方法对农民工是否参加社会养老保险的影响因素进行了分析;并采用相关分析的方法对农民工选择参加何种社会养老保险的影响因素也进行了分析。结果发现,年龄、平均每年工作时间、所在单位是否为职工参保和家里是否有人参保4个因素对农民工是否参保产生显著影响;而年龄、受教育程度、职业、家庭儿子数、所在单位是否为职工参保,以及对制度的满意度这些因素对农民工选择社会养老保险的种类影响显著。Taking whether migrant workers participate in social pension insurance as the dependent variable,this paper uses the binary logistic regression method to make analysis of factors affecting migrant workers＇ willingness to participate in social pension insurance.Also it analyzes the influencing factors of migrant workers＇ choice of social pension insurance type by means of correlation analysis.According to the analysis result,age,the average time migrant workers work every year,whether the company pays insurance for workers,and family members＇ participation in insurance are the four factors which have significant influence on whether migrant workers participate in pension insurance;and factors including age,education level,occupation,number of sons in family,whether the company pays insurance for workers,and satisfaction of institution influence migrant workers＇ choice of social pension insurance type significantly.
