摘 要:通过对华北型煤田邯邢矿区大采深高承压水和下组煤开采条件下9起较典型的煤层底板承压突水实例进行深入系统分析,基于时空4维结构概念,首次提出了"分时段分带突破"的煤层底板突水机理,即从空间上在上组煤2号主采煤层至煤系基底奥灰强含水层之间,以薄层灰岩含水层和因采动影响而产生的各种破坏损伤及原始导升裂隙带等,按阻水能力大小划分11个阻水"分带";从时间上按煤层底板渗水及突水通道形成进程划分4个"时段"。鉴于邯邢矿区矿井深部煤层和下组煤开采受奥灰承压水威胁现状和保水开采需要,提出了奥灰岩溶水上带压开采的"区域超前治理"水害理念、"超前主动、区域治理、全面改造、带压开采"防治水指导原则和底板阻水能力评价方法;相应成功地研发了区域超前治理关键等技术体系,特别是地面多分支水平钻进关键技术研究,取得了很好的安全技术效果,创新了大采深矿井和开采下组煤奥灰水害治理方法与技术,为安全开采受承压水威胁的煤炭资源,保护煤系基底奥灰水环境提供一条新途径。Through the deep analysis of 9 typical coal seam floor confined water burst of large mining depth high confined water and lower coal group, based on 4d structure concept in North China Hanxing mining area, divided period and zone breakthrough of coal seam floor water burst mechanism was firstly put forward, 11 water blocking zone were divided based on water blocking ability of various damage caused by mining influence and original rising fracture zone from upper coal group No. 2 main mining to base Ordovician limestone strong aquifer, 4 time of period based on time was divided according to coal floor water seepage and water burst pas- sage form. Based on the water protection mining needs of Hanxing Mining Area deep coal seam and lower coal group threatened by Ordovician limestone confined water, water disaster of Ordovician limestone confined water regional advanced control theory, advanced and active regional control, comprehensive renovation, mining with pressure water control principle and floor water blocking ability evaluation were put forward, technical system of regional and advanced control were correspondingly developed, especially the key technology of the ground multi- branch horizontal drilling, with good safety technical effect, the technology innovated Ordovi- cian limestone water disaster control and technology in large mining depth mine and lower coal group, provided a new way for safe mining threatened by confined water and the protection of coal basement Ordovician limestone environment.
