摘 要:根据膏体充填工艺及上覆岩层控制理论,提出了膏体需具有自稳能力和强度,还应具有良好的可泵性,其性能受矸石级配、细粉料、胶结料、质量浓度等多种因素的影响。以五亩冲煤矿膏体充填为例,通过正交试验系统研究了膏体充填材料的配比,通过环管试验研究了膏体在管道中的沿程阻力。试验结果表明:膏体质量浓度为79%,水泥、生石灰、矸石的质量比为1∶3∶7时,制成的膏体在技术上和经济上均能满足五亩冲煤矿充填需要。According to paste filling process and the control theory of overburden, the paste characteristics with the steady ability, supporting intensity and good pumpability is put forward, and the paste performance is affect- ed by coal gangue gradation, fine powder, cement and paste quantity concentration. With paste filling in wumuchong coal mine as an example, the proportion of paste filling material is studied comprehensively through orthogonal test, at the same time, the paste resistance running along the pipeline is researched through round - pipe experiment. The test results show that,under the condition of paste quantity concentration for 79%, the proportion of cement, lime, coal gangue for 1:3:7 is technically and economically feasible to meet filling in wumuchong coal mine.
