安全工程专业学生集中实习组织管理与效果评估体系研究

摘　　要：实习作为实践教学中关键的一环,对于学生顺利、有效接受和完成专业课程的学习,并实践专业理论与知识,具有重要支撑作用。本文首先从带队教师与实习单位做好及时沟通并提前走访、做好学生入厂前的准备工作、做好实习过程中的监督检查以及做好实习后的总结与考核等几个重要环节,探讨了安全工程专业学生集中实习组织管理。然后,从实习基地建设、实习准备、实习过程管理和实习总结与评价等准则层的4个考核准则,建立了我校安全工程专业在军工企业集中实习的效果评估体系。最后,以某年度我校安全工程专业学生的认识实习效果评估为例,介绍了开展实习效果评估的方法。该方法有效地促进了实践教学质量的提高。Practice is a key part of practical teaching. It has important support function in helping students to achieve a successful, effective acceptance and completion of professional courses, and to practice professional theory and knowledge. First, this paper has discussed the organization management measures of the centralized practice from the following important processes： timely communication and early visits between the leader teacher and enterprise, ready to work before students enter the enterprise, supervision and inspection in the practice process, summary and evaluation after the practice. Then, the effectiveness evaluation system is established. It include four evaluation criterias of standard layer： the construction of practice base, ready for practice, process management in practice, summary and evaluation of practice. Last, in order to illustrate how to evaluate the practice effect, the evaluate method of the safety engineering students in our school is introduced, which has effectively promoted the improvement of the quality of practice teaching.
