摘　　要：建立了北京地区典型别墅建筑的模型,描述了别墅建筑的结构特性,利用Dest软件对太阳能采暖建筑室内的热负荷进行分析,分析了窗墙比、保温层及玻璃对别墅热负荷的影响,得出室内热负荷随着不同因素变化的曲线,并应用曲线分析了负荷变化趋势。The model of a typical villa building in Beijing is established and its structural characteristics are described. By means of Dest, the indoor heat load of the solar heating building is analyzed, the influence of the window to wall ratio, insulation and glass on the heat load of the villa is presented to obtain the curve of indoor heat load changing with different factors, with which the load trends are analyzed.
