家庭服务人员职业认可度的影响因素及其提升路径研究

摘　　要：当前,家庭服务已成为社会居民日常生活不可或缺的重要行业,但是长期以来家庭服务行业处于低级发展阶段,家庭服务人员的职业认可度不高,这直接影响到行业的发展。通过对家庭服务人员认可度情况的影响分析,从传统观念、专业技能、职业待遇和管理规范等方面探讨了对职业认可度的影响,并从企业文化、行业规范、经济保障、职业荣誉以及人员培养等方面提出了提升职业认可度的建议。At present, family service has become an important occupation indispensable to the residents＇ daily life, but for a long time this industry is at a low stage of development, and the occupation is not highly recognized, which directly affects the its development. Based on the effect analysis of the family service personnel＇ approval degree, this paper analyses the influences of occupation approval degree from the respects of traditional concept, professional skills, treatment and management, and proposes to enhance it from the enterprise culture, industry norms, economic security, occupation honor and personnel training.
