违章人员的心理分析及防范措施

摘　　要：生产单位一旦出现事故,必然会给单位带来巨大的经济损失和负面影响,给员工及其家庭带来灾难。而事故往往是由于人为的违章行为造成的。就违章人员的违章心理及其产生原因进行了分析,并对其防范措施进行了研究。Once an accident happens in production units, which will inevitably brings the huge economic loss and negative effects to the unit, bringing disaster to employees and their families. The accident is often caused by man - made regulations violation. In this paper, the psychology of the employees violating regulations and its causes are analyzed, and the preventive measures were studied.
