摘 要:目的分析依达拉奉联合溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对氧自由基清除效果的影响。方法 2013年7月-2014年7月,选取急性脑梗死患者88例,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组各44例,对照组患者接受依达拉奉治疗,观察组患者接受依达拉奉联合溶栓治疗。检测治疗前后患者的功能评分以及血清氧自由基水平、氧化应激指标水平。结果急性脑梗死患者经依达拉奉联合溶栓治疗后,NIH评分低于对照组,Bathel指数、ESS评分及ADL评分高于对照组患者(P<0.05);血清氧自由基PLO、NO、OH及氧化应激指标SOD、MDA及AOPP等水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合溶栓治疗可以有效改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能损伤组织,降低全身氧自由基产生及氧化应激反应,是一种理想的治疗方案。[ Objective ] To analyze influence of Edaravone combined with thrombolytic treatment on acute cerebral infarction and effect on oxygen free radical scavenging. [Methods] 88 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients between July 2013 to July 2014 as study object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 44 cases in each group, control group patients received Edaravone treatment, observation group received Edaravone combined with thrombolytic treatment, compared Score and serum levels of oxygen free radicals, oxidative stress levels. [ Results ] Patients with acute cerebral infarction after thrombolytic therapy Edaravone, NIH scores was lower than control group, Bathel index, ESS score and ADL score were higher (P 〈 0.05); serum oxygen radical PLO, NO, OH and oxidative stress indicators of SOD, MDA, AOPP and other levels were lower than control group (P 〈 0.05). [Conclusion] Edaravone combined with thrombolytic treatment can improve neurological function in patients with acute cerebral tissue damage, reduce systemic oxygen free radicals and oxidative stress, is an ideal treatment.
