消银解毒饮对银屑病血热证患者皮损组织中细胞因子及外周血中T细胞亚群含量影响

摘　　要：目的分析消银解毒饮治疗对银屑病血热证患者皮损组织中细胞因子含量及外周血中T细胞亚群含量的影响。方法选择在该院接受治疗的银屑病血热证患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(接受常规内科治疗)、观察组(在内科治疗基础上加入消银解毒饮治疗),每组各39例。留取皮损组织标本及外周静脉血,检测组织细胞因子诱导型一氧化氮合成酶(i NOS)、低氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)、热休克蛋白-60(HSP60)、热休克蛋白-90(HSP90)、白介素-2(IL-2)及白介素-6(IL-6)蛋白表达量,外周血T细胞亚群水平等差异。结果观察组患者接受治疗后的皮损组织中i NOS与HIF-1α蛋白表达量明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受治疗后的皮损组织中的HSP60、HSP90、IL-2及IL-6蛋白表达水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受消银解毒饮治疗后的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平较对照组上升(P<0.05)。结论消银解毒饮应用于银屑病血热证患者中,可以有效抑制皮损组织中的相关细胞因子蛋白表达,优化T细胞亚群含量平衡,促进病情康复。[Objective ] To assess Cytokinesin skin lesions and T cell subsets content in peripheral blood after Xiaoyinjiedu Drink on patients with blood-heat syndrome of Psoriasis. [Methods] 78 cases of Patients with blood- heat Syndrome of Psoriasis In our hospital were chose as subjects and randomly divided into control group （received conventional medical treatment）,observation group （combined with Xiaoyinjiedu Drink treatment）, with 39 cases in each group. Specimens from skin lesions and peripheral blood samples to detect tissue factor inducible nitric oxide synthase （iNOS）, hypoxia-inducible factor 1a （HIF-1a, heat shock protein -60 （HSP60）, heat shoekprotein-90 （HSP90）, interleukin-2 （IL-2）, interleukin-6 （IL-6） protein expression, peripheral blood T cell subsets level. [ Results ] Observation group patients＇ iNOS and HIF-1a protein expression after treatment were significantly lower than control group patients （P 〈 0.05）. Observation group patients＇ HSP60, HsPg0, IL-2 and IL-6 protein expression levels were significantly lower than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Observation group patients＇ CD3＋, CD4＋, CD4＋/CD8＋ levels after treatment were higher than control group patients （P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion] Psoriasis patients with Xiaoyinjiedu Drink treatment, can effectively suppress the expression of eytokines in skin lesions, optimize T cell subsets content balance, promote disease recovery
