摘　　要：目的 观察超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术（DG-HAL）联合自动痔疮套扎术（RPH）治疗痔病的临床疗效。方法 选择该科2013年1月-2013年6月间住院的Ⅱ~Ⅳ期痔病患者,采用随机对照实验方法,选取100例痔病患者随机分为两组,实验组50例采用DG-HAL术联合RPH术;对照组50例采用内注内扎外切除术（改良Milligan-Morgan术）,进行疗效对比。结果 实验组与对照组治愈率分别为100%VS100%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。实验组在术后患者满意度、疼痛感、出血、排便情况、便后肛缘水肿及平均住院天数上明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 DG-HAL术联合RPH术操作简便、安全、有效低侵袭性微创外科治疗术式,具有术后并发症少、痛苦小、恢复时间短等优点。[ Objective ] To observe the clinical effect of Doppler-guided hemorrhoid artery ligation （DG-HAL） combined Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoid （RPH）. [Methods] Chose 100 patients who suffered from the Ⅱ-Ⅳ stage hemorrhoids and hospitalized in our department during the January, 2013 to June 2013. Adopted the method of randomized controlled trials, randomly divided the 100 patients into two groups, 50 patients in experimental group treated with DG-HAL ＆ RPH, 50 patients in control group treated with improved Milligan-Morgan, take the clinical effect to compare the differences between to two groups. [ Results ] Both the cure rates of experimental group and control group are 100% （P 〉 0.05）. Experimental group is better than the control group （P 〈 0.0.5） in the postoperative satisfaction, pain, bleeding, defecation, anal edema after the defecation. [ Conclusion ] DG-HAL combining the RPH is a minimally invasive operation that is easy to handle, safe and effective. The operation takes the advantages in less postoperative complications, less pain, shorter recovering time, so it＇s worth being promoted.
