摘 要:我国基建工程投资巨大,重型自卸汽车的需求呈现急速增长态势,车箱作为自卸汽车上的重要部件之一,在装载矿石过程中车厢底板会受到矿石下落产生的剧烈冲击,因此研究车厢抗冲击能力具有重要意义。利用ANSYS软件首先建立以壳为基本单元的车箱箱底有限元分析模型及矿石有限元模型,利用显式动态有限元法,求解不同矿石质量从不同高度下落对车箱底板的冲击响应,获得车厢应力、矿石质量及下落高度的耦合关系和重要数据。分析结果可以为车箱底板结构改进设计提供重要参数依据。With huge investment made in infrastructure, there emerged in China a rapid growth in the market demand for heavy dump trucks. As an important part of the trucks, the platform floors are subject to violent shocks while uploading ores. It is thus significant to research into the shock resistance capacity of the trucks. In this research, the finite element models both of platform floors and ores were established with shell as elementary unit using ANSYS, the responses of the platform floor of the trucks to the shock resulted from ores with different qualities and falling from different heights are worked out by explicit dynamic finite element method, and important data as well as the coupling relationships between factors like the stress of the trucks,the qualities and height falling of ores were obtained. The results can sever as important parameters for improving the structural design of the platform floors for the trunks.
