摘　　要：采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对丽水各县市区城乡1 053名60岁及以上老年人进行问卷调查。结果表明,丽水市城乡老年人在社会支持总分、客观支持、主观支持方面均与全国常模有显著性差异(P<0.05),影响老年人社会支持的主要因素为文化程度、婚姻状况及自理能力。认为,丽水市城乡老年人社会支持状况不佳,应加强围绕老年人生存需要的基层养老服务。A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 053 persons who are over 60 concerning the social support for the elderly in urban and rural areas of Lishui, using Social Support Rating Scales（SSRS）. The results indicate： a significant difference exists between the reality of social support for the elderly and the national norm in general situation as well as in objective and subjective support（P 0.05）;the influencing factors include the elderly＇s level of education, marital status and the ability to take care of themselves; the social support for the old in Lishui needs to be improved and the improvement should focus on strengthening the community-level service for old people＇s needs in life.
