四川不同产地淫羊藿总黄酮及淫羊藿苷含量的分析测定  被引量:12

摘  要:目的筛选四川地区淫羊藿属植物优质种质资源,为大规模引种驯化提供科学依据。方法紫外吸收分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量,HPLC测定淫羊藿苷的含量。结果总黄酮含量测定中,淫羊藿苷质量浓度在0.002~0.016 mg·ml-1范围内与吸光度线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.63%,RSD为1.61%;淫羊藿苷含量测定中,淫羊藿苷进样质量在0.2~1.6μg范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 4),平均回收率为101.56%,RSD为1.03%。结论雅安市上里镇、都江堰市青城山、都江堰市和北川羌族自治县的柔毛淫羊藿、雅安市宝兴县的无距淫羊藿、雅安市天全县的天全淫羊藿、巴中市南江县的巫山淫羊藿和雅安市汉源县的强茎淫羊藿均可入药,其中柔毛淫羊藿与巫山淫羊藿适宜大规模引种栽培。Objective Screen out the superior germ-plasm resource of the barrenwort in Sichuan region in order to supply the scientific basis for the large-scale introduction and acclimatization. Methods To determine the content of total fl avonoids and icariin in barrenwort in Sichuan region respectively by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and HPLC. Results The liner correlation between the absorbency and the concentration of icariin(range from 0.002 to 0.016 mg·ml-1) was favorable(r = 0.999 9) in the determination of total fl avonoids, the average recovery rate was 98.63%, RSD was 1.61%. At the same time in the determination of icariin, there was a good linear relationship between the peak area and sample mass in the range of 0.2 ~ 1.6 μg(r = 0.999 4), the average recovery rate was 101.56%, RSD was 1.03%. Conclusion The E. pubescens in Shangli Town of Ya'an City, Mount Qingcheng of Du Jiangyan City, Dujiangyan City and Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County, the E. ecalcaratum in Baoxing County of Ya'an City, the E. fl avum in Tianquan County of Ya'an City, the E. wushanense in Nanjiang County of Bazhong City and the E. rhizomatosum in Hanyuan County of Ya'an City could be used for medicine, among them the E. pubescens and E. wushanense were appropriate for large-scale introduction and acclimatization.
