摘 要:目的研究香卿止痛喷雾剂渗漉提取最佳工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验法考察生药粒径、乙醇浓度、浸渍时间、乙醇用量4个因素,以槲皮苷和丹皮酚含量作为评价指标,对香卿止痛喷雾剂渗漉工艺进行优选。结果香卿止痛喷雾剂渗漉工艺优选工艺条件为:药材粉碎至40目,用8倍量75%乙醇作溶剂,浸渍48 h后进行渗漉提取。结论优选的提取工艺合理可行,结果可靠,可用于香卿止痛喷雾剂的生产制备。Objective To study the percolation extraction technology of Xiangqingzhitong spray. Methods The orthogonal test was used in studying the four elements of granulation diameter of the crude drug, concentration of alcohol, soakage time and dosage in use. Content of quercitroside and paeonol extracted from Xiangqingzhitong spray, which was regarded as evaluating indicator, was used to optimize the percolation extraction technology. Results The optimum percolation extraction technology of Xiangqingzhitong spray were as follows: drug powder passing 40 meshes, adding 8 times 70% alcohol, soaking 48 hours. Conclusion The optimum extraction technology is feasible and applicable for the preparation of Xiangqingzhitong spray.
