54 260张银杏叶滴丸门诊处方的分析与评价

摘　　要：目的分析我院近三年银杏叶滴丸的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用Excel程序对银杏叶滴丸的处方量、销售量、销售金额、应用科室、治疗病症等进行分类整理和统计分析。结果我院近三年银杏叶滴丸处方共54 260张,涉及18个门诊,以心血管门诊最多,占62.0%,其次为神经内科、内科、中医科,分别占14.6、13.2、7.1%;病症357个,涉及13大系统疾病,排列前三位的是心血管、脑血管和内分泌,分别占70.3、14.7和9.3%;无诊断病名的处方1 436张,占2.6%。结论银杏叶滴丸在我院的用药情况基本合理,但大部分处方由西医医师开具,处方书写欠规范,合理用药有待加强。Objective To analyze the application of ginkgo biloba pills in our hospital nearly three years, to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods Using the Excel procedure to classify and analyse the quantity of prescriptions, consumption quantity, consumption sum, application of departments, treatment condition of ginkgo biloba pills. Results Of the total 54 260 prescriptions of Ginkgo biloba pills in our hospital in recent three years, involved 18 outpatient, cardiovascular outpatient prescription accounted for the largest number of prescription（62.0%）, followed by neurology, internal medicine, department of traditional Chinese medicine, accounted for 14.6, 13.2, 7.1%; 357 cases, involved 13 system disease, the top three of system disease are cardiovascular, cerebral blood-vessel and endocrine, accounted for 70.3, 14.7 and 9.3%; the prescription of no diagnostic disease name is 1436（2.6%）. Conclusion The use of ginkgo biloba pills in our hospital is rational on the whole, but most of the prescription issued by western medicine physicians, the prescription writing is far from standard; the level of rational use of drugs remains to be improved.
