“案例+情景模拟参与”式教学在企业行政管理课程中的应用

摘　　要："案例+情景模拟参与"式教学能够优化教学方法和教学内容、提高学生的团队协作能力和沟通能力。在企业行政管理课程的教学中,除了要做好"案例+情景模拟参与"式教学工作,还要注意不断提高企业行政管理课程授课教师的专业素养,建立与企业行政管理实践部门的合作机制,健全企业行政管理课程教学的保障制度。The method of case plus situation simulation participationis helpful to the optimum of teaching method and teaching content and the enhance of the team cooperation abilities and communication abilities. It is concluded in the teaching of the course Enterprise Administration that more attention must bu paid, except for the teaching method used above, to the gradual improvement of teacher＇s professional qualities, the establishment of the cooperative mechanism with enterprise administration departments, and the improvement of the guarantee system related to the course teaching.
