摘　　要：风险社会下,各种不确定因素充斥于日常生活。作为新技术与人的需要联姻的产物,网络社交媒体在方便大众辨识风险、提示规避风险的同时,自身也成为风险的来源地,并制造出各种人为风险。要有效化解和规避风险,必须正视风险的存在,规范引导网络社交媒体的健康发展,建立起网络信息安全意识、网络民主意识、网络危机意识等,并以乐观的心态积极应对风险的挑战。In risk society, there exists all kinds of uncertainty in everyday life. As a result of the combination between new technology and hurnan＇s needs, network social media itself becomes sources of risks and leads to artificial risks while facilitating public identification of risks and prorating risk avoidance. To resolve and avoid risks effectively, risks should be faced up to and the healthy development of network social media should be regulated and guided. Network information secu- rity awareness, network democratic consciousness and network crisis awareness should be established and risks should be actively responded to with an optimistic attitude.
