摘 要:本文采用溶胶-凝胶法,分别以柠檬酸、酒石酸为络合剂来制备了NaCO2O4粉体。借助TG-DSC测试手段,确定了溶胶的热处理温度。经XRD,SEM表征证明在相同的制备工艺条件下,以柠檬酸为络合剂制备的NaCO2O4粉体的纯度较高;同时在水溶剂中加入少量的乙二醇,可获得高纯NaCO2O4粉体。NaCO2O4 powders have been synthesized by two sol--gel processes, one using citrate acid as complexing agent, the other using tartaric acid as complexing agent. The heat temperature of Sol was acquired by TG--DSC. The products were characterizes by X--ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) . Compared to the tartaric acid sol--gel processes, NaCO2O4 powders was easily produced by citrate acid sol--gel processes. And the same time, the high purity of NaCO2O4 powders was obtained by adding a small quantity of glycol into water solvent through citrate acid sol--gel processes.
