摘　　要：贵金属焊料使用历史悠久，品种多、用途广泛，其种类大致可分为金基焊料、银基焊料、钯基焊料和铂基焊料四大类，今后贵金属焊料的发展方向主要是去除焊料中对环境有害的元素，节约贵金属和提供特殊用途的焊接合金。Precious metals solders used has a long history, many varieties, wide range of USES, the type can be roughly divided into the bar solder, silver based solder, solder and platinum and palladium based solder four categories. The develop- ment direction of precious metals solders is mainly to remove harmful to the environment element in the solder, save precious metals and provide special purpose welding alloy.
