家庭化服务护理模式在老年干部病房中的应用

摘　　要：目的了解家庭化服务护理模式在老年干部病房中的应用效果。方法选择2009年1-12月在某医院老干部综合病房收治的住院患者为对照组,采取常规护理模式;选择2010年1月-2010年12月收治的住院患者为观察组,实施家庭化服务护理模式,两组均采用自行设计的调查表对患者进行满意度调查。结果开展家庭化服务护理模式前后,患者对护理工作、护理人员的满意度,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论家庭化服务护理模式能满足患者需求,提高其对护理的满意率。Objectives To investigate the effect of family-like nursing service in the Senior cadres ward.Methods Hospitalized patients from 2009 January to 2009 December were taken as the control group and given routine nursing mode.Hospitalized patients from 2010 January to 2010 December were taken as the observation group and received the family-like nursing model.The two groups all used self-designed questionnaire to investigate all patients＇satisfac-tion.Results Before and after implementing the family-like nursing model,by comparing the patients＇satisfaction about the nursing work and nursing staff,the difference was significant （P 〈0.01）.Conclusions Family-like nurs-ing model can meet the needs of patients and improve the nursing satisfaction rate.
