摘　　要：工程质量能对建筑企业的经济效益与社会效益以及人民生命财产安全产生直接影响，而工程建设项目风险管理又对工程造价与成本控制有着重要影响，所以有效地对工程建设项目质量风险进行管理控制非常重要。本文简述了工程建设项目中风险管理的重要性，解释了风险管理的概念，介绍了项目各个阶段存在的风险，从风险管理机制的建立、风险的识别、分析及控制等方面提出了风险管理措施，保证项目的顺利进行。Engineering quality can directly affect the economic and social benefits ot construction enterprises, and the safety of people＇s life and property. And the risk management of the construction project has an important influence on the project cost and cost control, so it is very important to manage and control effectively the quality risk of engineering construction project. In this paper, the importance of risk management in engineering construction projects was briefly described; the concept of risk manage- ment was explained; the risk of all stages of the project was introduced; the risk management measures were put forward from the point of the establishment of risk management mechanism, risk identification, analysis and control.
