摘　　要：基于新型城乡关系社会、经济和空间层面的内涵,分析了新型城乡关系导向下的乡村空间转型的趋向。结合苏南乡村空间转型,探讨了新型城乡关系下乡村生活、生产、生态"三生"空间转型的隐忧,并有针对性地提出规划应对策略。认为,新型城乡关系导向下的乡村规划应注重"三生"空间转型的引导:生活空间注重功能更新与公共空间重组;生产空间注重农地集聚与内生增长;生态空间注重生态确权与生态管控。Based on the social economical and spatial aspects of the new urban-rural relationship, this thesis analyzes the trends of rural spatial transformation, and discusses the hidden problems concerning rural life, production and ecology. With rural spatial transformation in Southern Jiangsu, it provides corresponding strategies in the new urban-rural relationship. It holds that the rural planning based on the new urban-rural relationship should focus on the guidance of the transformation of rural space of life, production and ecology. The concrete measures mainly include： focus on function renewal and restructuring of public space in living space, emphasize the land agglomeration and endogenous growth in production space, and pay attention to ecological right and control in ecological space.
