摘　　要：历史文化街区是历史文化名城的重要组成部分,建筑破损、违建失控是历史街区面临的重要难题。通过对北京市东城区历史街区保护与改造的分析,结合居民意愿调查,为北京历史文化街区的后续保护与改造工作提供参考。Historical culture districts is an important part of historical and cultural city. The difficulties faced by the Historical Culture Districts is building fiacture and illegal building getting out of control. This article through to the analysis of the historical block protection and renovation in Dongcheng district in Beijing. We Combined with the residents intend to investigate. We provide some references for historical culture districts protection and renovation.
