摘  要:针对目前全电动注射机注射压力荷重元标定方法存在的缺点,提出了一种新的标定方法。该方法采用一种新型喷嘴注射压力测量系统,利用压电效应原理,通过无破坏磁性安装方式,并在压力测量单元外部加装加热圈,使喷嘴和测量单元之间形成熔体通道,以致熔体注射压力在几乎没有损失的情况下作用在传感器上,从而获取较为准确的注射压力值,实现对注射压力荷重元的标定。该方法不用拆除荷重元,可实现在线标定;不破坏注射机结构;几乎没有压力损失,测量结果准确;安装方便,省时省力。Aiming at the weakness of the injection pressure load cell calibration method of all-electric injection molding machine at present, a new calibration method is proposed. The method adopts a new nozzle injection pressure measurement system that utilizes the piezoelectric effect principle and does not destroy the machine structure by magnetic installations. In the new method the pressure measuring unit is equipped with heating circle to form the melt channel between the measuring unit and the nozzle, so that the melt injection pressure can act on the sensor with almost no loss, so as to obtain more accurate injection pressure and realize the injection pressure load cell calibration. This new method has the following advantages: it needn't dismantle load cell and realizes online calibration; it doesn't destroy the injection molding machine structure; there is little pressure loss, so that the measuring results are accurate; the installation is very convenient and time and effort are saved.
