吡美莫司乳膏联合他卡西醇软膏治疗局限性白癜风疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察吡美莫司乳膏联合他卡西醇软膏治疗局限性白癜风的疗效和安全性。方法将91例局限性白癜风患者随机分为试验组(46例)和对照组(45例)。两组患者均早晚外用吡美莫司乳膏各1次;试验组每日中午外用他卡西醇软膏1次,总疗程共6个月。在治疗前,治疗第1、2、3和6个月末随访,观察疗效和不良反应。结果治疗第1、2个月末,治疗组有效率(17.39%、34.78%)虽然高于对照组(15.56%、24.44%),但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第3、6个月末,试验组有效率(52.17%、63.04%)均明显高于对照组(31.11%、42.22%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论吡美莫司乳膏联合他卡西醇软膏治疗局限性白癜风疗效确切,安全方便,治疗费用较低,且不良反应少。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of pimecrolimus cream combined with tacalcitol ointment in the treatment of localized vitiligo. Methods A total of 91 patients with localized vitiligo were randomly divided into treatment group（n=46） and control group（n=45）. Both the two groups were topically treated with pimecrolimus cream twice daily in the morning and night respectively for 6 months. In addition,the treatment group was topically treated with tacalcitol ointment once every noon. All patients were followed-up for 6 months,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated before treatment and at 1,2,3 and 6 months of the treatment respectively. Results The effective rates of the treatment group（17.39%,34.78%） were higher than the control group（15.56%,24.44%） respectively at the ends of the 1th and 2th month after treatment,but there were no statistical signifi cance（P〉0.05）. The effective rates of the treatment group（52.17%,63.04%） were signifi cantly higher than those of the control group（31.11%,42.22%） at the ends of the 3th and 6th month after treatment respectively（P〈0.05）. No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the experiment. Conclusion The treatment of pimecrolimus cream combined with tacalcitol ointment is effective,safe and convenient in the treatment of localized vitiligo,meanwhile with low cost and less adverse reaction.
