摘　　要：鲜红斑痣好发于暴露部位,明显影响外观,给患儿和家长带来很大的精神压力和心理问题。鲜红斑痣不能自行消退,需要治疗。随着激光医学的发展,促进了多种光学疗法在鲜红斑痣的应用,并取得了一定的疗效。脉冲染料激光和光动力疗法作为日趋成熟的新型治疗手段,应用前景较好。现就鲜红斑痣的光学治疗现状和研究进展作一综述。Port-wine stains（PWS）,which significantly affect the appearance,is likely to occur in the exposed areas. It brings out tremendous mental stress and psychological problems to the children and their parents. In generally,PWS can not be self-limited and thus a regular treatment commonly required. With the development of laser medical technology,a variety of optical therapies have been developed in the treatment of PWS,which have achieved a certain effect. As novel treatment methods for the PWS,pulsed dye laser therapy and photodynamic therapy became very mature in clinic and they also exhibit good prospects in future. So in the present article,the progress of optical treatment of PWS is reviewed.
