摘 要:随着长株潭三城体系协同发展的进一步推进,户外广告的整体部署规划、运行管理也紧锣密鼓地铺展开来,和谐性与整体性、高效性与持续性、区域性与特色性是长株潭城市群的发展定位。三城体系中的户外广告运营,紧紧围绕低碳理念要求,其中保障城市景观和谐性是首要前提,遵循"可持续发展、突出人文关怀、注重艺术性与文化性相结合"的原则。从度量空间环境承载阈值、整体性与多样性相结合、特色延续性、基于三维街景GIS技术应用新管理等方面,确定了长株潭三城体系户外广告的运行管理和创新发展模式。With the coordinated development of the Chang-Zhu-Tan tri-cities system further,the overall deployment of outdoor advertising planning,operation and management have been laying on tightening,harmony and integrity,efficiency and sustainability,regional and characteristic is the development localization of the ChangshaZhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration.Outdoor advertising operation in the tricities system,closely around the concept of low-carbon,and ensuring the harmony of urban landscape is the primary premise of design,follow the principle of "sustainable development,highlight the humanistic care,pay attention to art and culture combined".In view of the environmental bearing threshold in metric Spaces,integrity and diversity combined,characteristic continuity,based on the 3D view GIS technology application of new management and so on,We determine the Chang-Zhu-Tan tri-cities system operation management and innovation development of outdoor advertising model.
