摘 要:采用碘化钾-罗丹明B分光光度法测定了废水中镉含量。在酸性条件下,Cd2+与碘化钾及罗丹明B可形成三元络合物,研究了酸度、显色剂用量、显色时间、温度等条件对吸光度的影响。得到的最优条件:0.5 mol/L硫酸溶液用量为5 m L、碘化钾浓度为6.0 m L、显色时间为50 min、温度为室温。在最优条件下,测定结果的相对标准偏差均〈5%,加标回收率在89.6%~95.7%。该方法简便,成本低,检测结果准确,可用于废水中微量镉的测定。The potassium iodide-rhoda mine B spectrophotometric method was applied to estimate the cadmium content in waste water. The ternary complex can be formed by Cd2+, potassium iodide and rhoda mine B in acidic conditions. The influences of acidity, developer dosage, developing time and temperature on absorbance were studied. The optimum conditions are the amount of 0.5 mol/L sulphuric acid solution was 5 m L, the concentration of potassium iodide was 6.0 m L, the developing time was 50 min and the temperature was at the room-temperature. Under the optimum conditions, the relative standard deviations of the test results are5%, and the recoveries of standard addition are in the range of 89.6%~95.7%. For its convenience, low cost and accuracy, this method can be used to estimate the trace cadmium in wastewater.
