摘 要:介绍了新型捕收剂CY-12#的常温反浮选性能。CY-12#在尖山铁矿的常温浮选工业试验结果表明,CY-12#具有良好的耐低温性和选择性,使用CY-12#在常温下浮选可提高铁回收率、降低浮选药剂用量及煤耗,每年可创经济效益约2 900万元。CY-12#在山东华联矿业铁矿选厂浮选工业试验结果表明,矿浆温度从35℃逐步降至常温(22℃)均能实现高效分选,按年平均25℃常温浮选计,每年可创综合经济效益约500万元。The performance of a new collector, CY-12℃, in reverse flotation at normal temperature was introduced. CY-12℃ displayed an excellent behavior in low temperature adaptability and selectivity in the commercial test in Jianshan Iron Mine, leading to an increased iron recovery by flotation at normal temperature, and a reduction in the consumption of reagents and coal, thus bringing about an annual economic benefits of -29 million CNY. When CY-12# was introduced for the commercial test in the Iron Dressing Plant of Shandong Hualian Mining Co, efficient separation can be actualized with the pulp temperature varying from 35 ℃ to 22℃. When calculated by assuming that flotation was conducted at a fixed annual mean temperature of 25 ℃, a yearly economic benefits of ~ 5 million CNY can be expected.
