摘  要:针对西藏某高银难选氧化铅矿,采用先选硫化矿后选氧化矿的优先浮选流程,使用自主研发的OBF捕收剂浮选白铅矿,丁铵黑药浮选方铅矿,水玻璃作硅酸盐脉石矿物抑制剂,并利用巯基苯胼噻唑加强对银的回收,最终取得硫化铅精矿含铅50.03%、氧化铅精矿含铅34.50%、铅总回收率73.10%,硫化铅精矿含银10 576.22 g/t、银回收率66.52%的综合浮选指标。To beneficiate a refractory oxidized lead ore from Tibet, a selective flotation was adopted to recover sulfide minerals before oxidized ones. OBF, a self-developed collector, and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate were used respectively to collect cerussite and galena, while sodium silicate was used to depress silicate gangues and mercaptobenzothiazole was introduced to intensify the silver recovery. The closed-circuit flotation test resulted in a galena concentrate grading 50.03% Pb and a cerussite concentrate grading 34.50% Pb, respectively, up to 73.10%.
