摘  要:对某富氧双侧吹熔炼、P-S转炉吹炼工艺产生的炼铜转炉渣进行了浮铜试验。在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占70%条件下,采用Z-200作捕收剂进行一次浮选直接获得回收率90%以上的高品位铜精矿,浮选尾矿再磨至-0.038 mm粒级占90%,采用丁基黄药作捕收剂,经一次粗选、二次精选、二次扫选,扫选精矿返回再磨闭路浮选工艺流程,获得回收率6%左右的低品位铜精矿,全流程试验获得了铜品位为30.09%、回收率为96.92%的铜精矿,为该类型转炉渣回收铜提供了技术依据。Tests were conducted to reclaim copper from a converter slag produced by oxygen-enriched double-side-blown smelting and P-S converter blowing. With Z-200 as the collector, a high copper grade concentrate with a copper recovery exceeding 90% can be obtained at the first stage of direct flotation of slag with grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 70%. After reground to a fineness of -0.038 mm 90%, the ore was treated with a closed-circuit flowsheet using sodium butyl xanthate as the collector, consisting of one stage of roughing, two stages of cleaning, two stages of scavenging, with the scavenging concentrate returned to the regrinding process. A low grade copper concentrate can be obtained with the recovery around 6%. The whole process resulted in 96.92% copper recovery to a concentrate grading 30.09% Cu, which provides a technical reference for copper recovering from this type of converter slag.
