摘 要:采用中间介质量热法考察了微波辐射时间、输出功率、物料质量等条件对各锰矿微波吸收能力的影响,并对各锰矿的升温特性和介电性能进行了比较。结果表明,二氧化锰吸波能力最强,而一氧化锰和一水合硫酸锰吸波能力较弱;在实验微波输出功率、辐射时间条件范围内锰矿相对于中间介质水的吸波能力未改变。二氧化锰介电损耗最大,在微波场中也有较好的升温特性,一氧化锰和一水合硫酸锰介电损耗较小,升温特性也较差。说明矿物微波吸收性能主要取决于其介电性能。升温特性测试法、介电常数测试法和中间介质量热法表征矿物的微波吸收性能结果基本相吻合,三者各存在优势和劣势,相互补充。The effects of microwave heating time, output power and sample mass on the microwave absorption characteristics of each kinds of manganese ore were investigated by intermediate medium calorimetry. And comparison of heating rate and dielectric properties among all kinds of manganese ores were also conducted. Results showed that MnO2 had the strongest microwave absorption, while MnO and MnSO4 ~ H20 were weaker. And the microwave absorption characteristics of manganese ores didn't change with the microwave power and microwave heating time. MnO2 had the biggest dielectric loss and good heating rate, while MnO and MnSO4 · H2Ohad the less dielectric losses with relatively lower heating rate. It is concluded that the microwave absorption characteristics of the tested ores depend on their dielectric property, and three measurement methods with almost consistent results, indicate each of them with advantages and disadvantages can be complementary to each other.
